The Fact Finding Mission

If you phone us, you will be able to discuss your queries and needswith one of our helpful staff. They will ask you lots of questionswhich will allow them to help us meet your needs, such as whether yourbudget is more important to you, convenience and time etc.

They willexplain the best approach to be taken - the one that will be mostbeneficial, to you and your Porsche. On the other hand, you might just be after freeexpert advice and they will be equally happy to help you.

On the day that your Porsche is booked in for servicing, you will beasked,once again, to go over your needs as well as any other queries that mayhave arisen since your booking your service. On the day your Porsche isdue in, if you did not book one of our hire cars and do not have a liftwaiting foryou, we will happily give you a lift to the nearest suitable publictransport ? or even to your home if you live within a practicaldistance.

Every morning all our technicians have a meeting to discuss the dayahead. Your Porsche will be allocated to the technician most suitedto the type of work and service that it is in for. The member of staff, who youspoke to on the telephone and who you met that morning, will then givea detailed brief to your technician.

Your technician will first fit seat covers, floor mats and asteering wheel cover in your Porsche. He will then carefully put yourPorsche onto the ramp which has been selected for the purpose. Our rampsare of a unique design, which allows easy access to doors andaccommodates the wider bodied Porsche. All electrical switches arechecked in your Porsche, including windows, heating, sunroof, airconditioning and lights. Everything is checked and any problems arereported.
